The cooperative works in partnership with its members to guarantee consistent coffee quality. This coffee is dried in the sun and in a mechanical dryer to ensure the moisture evaporates.
Cupping Notes: Mild acidity and sweetness with an above-average body and notes of walnut and cocoa.
