Sourced from the southwestern Chikmagalur district–the coffee capital of India–the Mysore bean produces rich flavor and a decadent finish, which is the standard for more than 70% of coffees produced near Karnataka. However, the India Mysore is washed unlike its monsooned relatives–the Mysore is simply de-pulped and dried with very little fermentation.
