This Peaberry comes from the Pastores mill in the heart of Antigua up to 1,600 meters above sea level on small farms. It is the same version of our La Flor del Cafe, only the peaberries are sorted out. Coming from one of the world’s top coffee growing regions, Guatemala, the quality control is impeccable, with only the absolute cream of the crop chosen for export.

Cupping Notes: Lively acidity and a heavy body with flavors of chocolate and caramel.
