In this class, we’ll cover:
- A little history on coffee and chocolate in New Orleans
- A guided tasting of four New Orleans-inspired coffee + bonbon pairings
- Simple tasting skills you can repeat at home
- Build your “perfect cup” of New Orleans coffee
