In our Beginner Brew Methods class, join Savannah—our veteran employee who just so happens to be SCA Intermediate certified—as she guides you through various brew methods so you can hit a gold quality cup every time.

You will learn about water quality, ideal temperature, extraction techniques, the importance of grind size, and the science behind coffee-to-water ratios in brewing. This class is lab-style, which will allow all participants to have an opportunity to use different brewing techniques to brew a delicious cup each time. You will leave this class with confidence to use any new brewing system and pour a gold standard cup of coffee!

This class introduces participants to essential brewing techniques, including French press, pour-over and AeroPress. Ideal for those new to coffee making or seeking to refine their skills.
