Have you ever wondered if you’re brewing your coffee correctly? Are there other ways of brewing besides your go-to that you’re curious to explore? We’ve got you covered! In our Beginner Brew Methods class, join us as we guide you through various brew methods so you can hit a gold quality cup every time.

For the hotter months that we offer our Brew Methods class, we will be taking on colder versions of our favorite coffee drinks that we find downright refreshing! We’ll teach you how to brew:

• iced pour overs
• cold brew
• iced “espresso” tonics using the Aeropress

You will learn and taste the differences in water quality, extraction techniques, the importance of grind size, and the science behind coffee-to-water ratios in brewing. This class is lab-style, which will allow all participants to have an opportunity to use different brewing techniques to brew a delicious cup each time. You will leave this class with confidence to use any brewing system like a pro!
