In this class, we invite coffee enthusiasts and cocktail aficionados alike to try their hand at crafting signature cocktails using our freshly roasted specialty grade coffee. Led by expert mixologist Craig Seaman and Rhea from Current Crop, each participant will have use of a mixologist kit (every shaker, spoon, glass, measuring device, etc) to mix and enjoy three unique cocktails imagined just for the class with carefully selected beans, spirits, liqueurs, and fresh ingredients. Along the way, our instructors will share why they chose particular ingredients and brew methods to achieve the delicious end results.
