Introduction to Coffee Roasting 1/27/24

In this class, we will learn general coffee roast levels and how to achieve those roast levels with a Fresh Roast air roaster.
By the end of this class, you will:
– Know the differences in roast levels & common terms
– Be able to achieve your favored roast level
– Understand the basics of using an air roaster
This class will be taught by Catherine!
