In this class, we will learn general coffee roast levels and how to achieve those roast levels with a Fresh Roast air roaster.
By the end of this class, you will:

  • Know the differences in roast levels & common terms
  • Be able to achieve your favored roast level
  • Understand the basics of using an air roaster
