Introduction to Home Roasting 1/2/26 (5PM)
January 2 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm CST
In this class, we will learn about how coffee roast levels impact taste and how to achieve those levels with a Fresh Roast air roaster. The class consists of some general coffee knowledge and roasting 3 half pounds of coffee: one to a light roast, another to a medium roast, and the other to a dark roast—all of which you will take home with you!
By the end of this class, you will:
- know the differences in roast levels & common terms
- understand the basics of using an air roaster
- be able to achieve your favored roast level
