Like pairing foods with wines to tease out the subtle complexities of both, we pair four distinct estate-grown beans with delicious creations by master pastry chef Jean Luc, proprietor of Maurice’s French Pastries in Metairie. Using beans from Africa, Indonesia, and South America, Certified Q Grader Catherine Mansell will lead a four-stage demonstration that includes cupping and roasting.
