Indulge in a sensory journey as our Certified Q Grader, Catherine Mansell, leads you through an exploration of deeper enjoyment and appreciation of coffee. Like pairing foods with wines to tease out the subtle complexities of both, we pair four distinct coffees with Jean Lucs’ (proprietor of Maurice’s French Pastries in Metairie) delicious creations. You’ll delve into a coffee cupping–like a wine tasting–an opportunity to practice honing your palate to discern the nuances of each coffee. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of coffee, from the roast to the cup, and explore the delightfully complementary relationship of coffee and pastry.
