DESCRIPTION:In this class\, we will learn about how coffee roast levels impact taste and how to achieve those levels with a Fresh Roast air roaster. The class consists of some general coffee knowledge and roasting 3 half pounds of coffee: one to a light roast\, another to a medium roast\, and the other to a dark roast—all of which you will take home with you! \nBy the end of this class\, you will: \n\nknow the differences in roast levels & common terms\nunderstand the basics of using an air roaster\nbe able to achieve your favored roast level\n\n*Tickets are eligible for a refund or reschedule up until 3 days prior to the date & time of the class. \n**If there are no tickets listed on the evening before or day of the event\, feel free to call us at (504) 571-5129 to see if there are last minute openings. \n***For information on private classes\, please contact Josh at josh@currentcroproasting.com
