Finca La Fany is a family inheritance that dates back to the early 1900’s. It was first established by Fabio Morán and then passed on through the generations from father to son. The beautiful farm is located on top of the Apaneca-Illamatepec Mountain Range, at 1,500 masl, 2 miles from the city of Apaneca. It received its name because of one of Rafael’s ancestors called Fany.
Cupping notes: Dried fruit, walnuts, cherry, and red apple with medium body, bright acidity and dried fruit finish.

Ivan –
Very fine coffee; roasted the beans 455 degrees for 13 minutes in a Gene Cafe. The city plus roast yielded a very smooth finish. while I am not a cupping expert, it seemed to me to have a fruity finish that lingered after each sip. Well done Current Crop on making available a fantastic bean for your customers!
