However, Panama’s Boquete wash-processed beans should not be discounted, as they’re also grown in Boquete Valley’s nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Cupping Notes: aromas of sweet honey and chamomile, well-balanced and exotic flavors of pear and lemon notes along with a mild, bright acidity, and a smooth, medium body.
