Introducing our Timor Heritage Reserve FTO coffee, a product of the cooperative efforts of 2,172 dedicated farmers from Aileu, Ermera, and Liquica in Timor. This coffee, grown on small farms averaging slightly over a hectare each, flourishes at altitudes ranging from 1,000 to 1,400 meters above sea level.

The creation of Cooperativa Haburas Kafe Organiku was made possible through a Technical Assistance project supported by the Asia Development Bank. Over a span of three years, these farmers received comprehensive training in various aspects, including pre- and post-harvest practices, nursery management, financial literacy, and gender sensitivity. This cooperative aims to ensure sustainable practices while improving both the quantity and quality of their coffee.
