When you think of some of the best coffee in the world, you think of Panama––specifically, the Geisha variety. However, Panama’s Boquete wash-processed beans should not be discounted, as they’re also grown in Boquete Valley’s nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Every step from the first sprout to patio drying is done at 1,200 to 1,400 meters altitude.
Cupping Notes: sweet vanilla, brown sugar, and honey aromas; medium body, vibrant acidity with notes of peach, citrus, and dark chocolate, and a sweet floral finish.
