Ever since opening the cafe late 2025, we’ve received a steady stream of praise for this full-bodied, rich, medium-dark roast blend. Now that we’ve managed to catch up with meeting the cafe demand, we can finally offer it for sale, roasted on demand and shipped right to your door!

Cupping notes: Rich dark chocolate aroma and notes of citrus, malt, pine, and dark mocha/semi-sweet chocolate with a mild, lingering aftertaste, low acidity; full-bodied and well-balanced.
