All of our selections are unroasted, green coffee beans and are specialty-grade Arabica beans, with the (occasional) exception of Robusta beans. Also remember that coffee is a crop and a plant, so when we run out of a particular coffee it may not be available again until the next crop year if the next crop is up to our standards. We move a lot of coffee, so you can always count on our selections of beans from around the world being the absolute freshest.
